Refund Policy
At Sorted Collective, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring our clients are satisfied with the results. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options should you need to cancel or request a refund for our services.
1. Service Deposits
Our services require a deposit prior to scheduling. This deposit reserves your appointment and is applied to the total service fee.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are generally non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, we may apply your deposit to a future appointment, depending on availability.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens, and you may need to adjust your scheduled services. Here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work:
Cancellations: If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled service, we will provide a full refund for any payments made, excluding non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your service and provide at least 48 hours' notice, we will apply your payment or deposit toward your new appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
3. Refunds for Completed Services
Our goal is to ensure you are happy with the services provided. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 7 days of the completion of the project.
Partial Refunds: In cases where the agreed-upon service was not completed to standard, we may offer a partial refund or additional service time to address any issues, as determined on a case-by-case basis.
No Refunds for Completed Services: Once services have been completed, full refunds are not offered. We encourage all clients to communicate any concerns during the service process so that we can address them promptly.
4. Product Refunds
If we have purchased any organizational products on your behalf as part of our service, the following applies:
Unopened Products: Unused and unopened products can be returned for a refund, minus any restocking fees or shipping costs.
Used or Customized Products: Products that have been used, opened, or customized for your space are non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected events may arise, and we are happy to work with you under special circumstances. Please contact us directly if you feel that your situation warrants consideration beyond the terms of this policy.
